Return Policy

At Rejuran®, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If your Rejuran® purchase does not meet your expectations within 30 days of the delivery date, you may be eligible for a refund of the product price under our return policy.

How It Works

Refunds apply only if your Rejuran® purchase, made directly through rejuranusa.com, does not meet expectations within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returned products must be in new, unopened condition. We do not accept gently used or opened items unless approved under the medical exception below.

  • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. A prepaid return label may be provided for your convenience.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after your return arrives at our facility.

Medical Exception for Opened Products

If your product has been opened, a return may only be approved when:

  • You experienced a verifiable allergic reaction or adverse skin response, and

  • You can provide supporting evidence (e.g., medical note, photo documentation, or clinical proof)

In these approved medical cases, the product may be returned even if opened.

Defect Exception & Fee Waiver

  • If your return is due to a confirmed product defect (defect of the product itself), the $10 restocking fee will be waived.

  • Defect cases include manufacturing issues or product abnormalities confirmed by our inspection team.

  • Restocking fees are not waived for non-defect returns, including change of mind, shipping delays, or normal product dissatisfaction.

Return Processing Timeline
Before your return label is sent, please allow 5–10 business days for our team to verify your order details and create a prepaid return label. This prepaid label will be provided to you and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to us via Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
Team Rejuran will provide step-by-step instructions and issue your prepaid return label once processing is complete.

Important Notes

  • The Return Policy only to purchases made directly on rejuranusa.com.

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased through Amazon®, eBay®, or non-authorized retailers.

  • Rejuran® reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for items not returned in acceptable condition or for excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
