If you are not completely satisfied with a Rejuran® purchase, please return it for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for empty jars. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return request and will follow with a confirmation email once it is completed. After processing, the refunded amount will be available on your original method of payment within 7- 10 business days.
Returns
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We will not accept empty jars. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged product from a purchase, please email our team with your shipment order number and we will be happy to assist you further.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

Why was I charged for shipping on my subscription order if it was over the minimum free shipping charge?>
For subscription orders, each individual shipment must meet the free shipping minimum to qualify. This policy is in place because subscription orders may be shipped separately based on the chosen frequency of delivery for each product.
