At Rejuran®, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and satisfying. Please review the following information regarding our order processing, shipping, and return policies.
Domestic Shipping Only
Orders placed on rejuranusa.com can be billed and shipped only within the United States (including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses). We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders placed by 3 PM PST (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.
During peak holiday seasons (such as Black Friday through Cyber Monday), order processing may take up extra days. If your order has not shipped after 7 business days, please contact our customer service team via Contact Us.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number will follow. You can use this tracking number to monitor delivery status directly on the UPS website.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Most of the orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver.
Estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days, depending on the recipient’s location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, carrier volume, and weather conditions.
Note: Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may change due to carrier delays or product availability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us through our Contact Us page before 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes, edits, or cancellations can be made. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Rejuran® is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please reach out via Contact Us within 7 business days of the delivery date. Our team will assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping address, and any applicable promotions.
Free shipping offers (when available) apply only to standard U.S. ground shipping.
